Jacob R. Levine, CFA (Jake) offers extensive commercial expertise in advising sustainable real asset owners on critical areas such as project development strategy, offtake and procurement negotiations, project finance, and corporate finance. He is currently a trusted advisor to renewable energy developers, independent power producers, and private infrastructure funds, specializing in development, acquisitions, financing, structuring, and valuation of utility-scale and distributed power assets throughout North America. Jake has assessed 100+ GW of renewable energy acquisition targets at various development stages, delivering strategic investment recommendations to executive leadership and investment committees at Dauntless Energy, Ardian, Onward Energy, JP Morgan Asset Management, Spruce Power and Clear Creek Investments. Prior to this, he was a key member of WSP USA’s Advisory Services practice, where he managed the planning, development and construction of some of the world’s largest transportation and urban infrastructure projects, serving both government and private-sector clients. Jake holds an M.S. in Environmental Science and Management from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Economics from George Washington University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst(Registered) charterholder.
